So watch & learn how to make Bisi Bele Bath in most easy and quick way only on Rajshri Food. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />Preparations: <br />- 4 tsp of tamarind in 1 cup of warm water <br />- 1 cup – 220gms of rice ( soaked in water 15 – 20 minutes pressure cooked with 2 ½ cup – 655ml of water with 2tsp of Ghee. <br />- ¾ th cup – 160 gms of tur dal pressure cooked with 2 cups – 500ml of water and 1 tsp of turmeric <br />Vegetables <br />- 15 – 20 french beans <br />- 2 carrots <br />- ½ cup of green peas <br />- 2 cups - 500 ml of water <br />- 2tbsp of Chana Dal <br />- 2tsp of Urad Dal <br />- 1tsp for Ghee <br /> <br />Roasting Spices <br />- 2tbsp of coriander seeds <br />- ½ tsp of cumin seeds <br />- 3 pieces of Cinnamon <br />- 4 cloves <br />- seeds of 2 cardamom pods <br />- ¼ tsp of nutmeg powder <br />- ¾ tsp of mustard seeds <br />- 1 tsp of khas khas / poppy seeds <br />- ¾ tsp of pepper cods <br />- <br />- 4- 5 dried red chillies ( broken into bits ) <br />- 4-5 pieces of marathi mogga ( Kapak Buds ) <br />- ½ tsp of Fenugreek Powder <br />- ¼ tsp of asafoetida <br />- ¼ tsp of turmeric <br /> <br />Preparation: <br />- 4tbsp of Oil <br />- 1 tsp of mustard seeds <br />- Some Curry leaves <br />- ½ tsp of asafoetida <br />- Cup of Water <br />- 3 to 4tsp of salt <br />- ½ cup of desiccated coconut <br /> <br />Method: <br />- In a pan roast Chana Dal and urad dal and transfer them into a bowl <br /> <br />- Add ghee to pan and once its melted add - 2tbsp of coriander seeds,½ tsp of cumin seeds,3 pieces of Cinnamon,4 cloves,seeds of 2 cardamom pods,¼ tsp of nutmeg powder,¾ tsp of mustard seeds,1 tsp of khas khas / poppy seeds,¾ tsp of pepper cods,4- 5 dried red chilliemarathi mogga ( Kapak Buds)Fenugreek Powder,turmeric <br /> <br />- When the spices are nicely roasted take them off the pan, and let them cool down and grind them in to a powder consistency for Bisi Beli Bath Masala <br /> <br />- In a pan, add - 4tbsp of Oil,1 tsp of mustard seeds,Some Curry leaves, tamarind extract <br /> <br />- Add the masala in a bowl and add a cup of water and mix well. <br /> <br />- Add the spice mix to the pan and then add vegetables , cooked dal, cooked rice ½ tsp of asafoetida,Cup of Water, 3 1/2 to 4 tsp of salt,½ cup of desiccated coconut <br /> <br />Host: Anushruti RK ( http://www.divinetaste.com ) <br />Director: Suchandra Basu <br />Camera: Kawaldeep Singh Jangwal, Manjeet Katariya, Akshay Durgule <br />Editing: Kishor Rai <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
